Camp Baldwin

Friday Evening Check-In: 4:00pm-5:30pm

Saturday Only Morning Check-In: 8:15am-8:45am

Saturday Check-Out: 4:30pm-5:00pm

We will be at Camp Baldwin on October 11-12, 2024.

Our weekend will begin on the evening of the eleventh with dinner provided by Camp Baldwin and a bonfire. Saturday will consist of three sessions, fellowship among attendees, and meals provided by Camp Baldwin.

Payments can be made from time of registration until two weeks prior to event; full payment is due at that time.

If you are staying overnight, please check this information!

1. There is a Suggested Packing List available below, to guide you in preparing for the weekend. Please reach out if you have any questions, please reach out!
2. Check-in will be in Cypress Lodge. There is a map to this building at the bottom of this page. Plug in 8749 Baptist Camp Rd, Elberta, AL 36530 to your map; this should also work if you search for Camp Baldwin and tap on "directions" from Google.
3. There will be another group of ladies at the campground while we are there. We are excited that we will not be alone on the campground this year!
4. Friday night will include a bonfire, so please bring a camping chair to sit on if you have one to ensure enough seating for everyone there. [If you have skewers, please bring them! We will likely be making s'mores... ;) ]

Concerning Pay Later Payments: Payments can be made in cash or check at the Church Office, where you will receive a receipt. If you make a payment through the online giving portal, please make sure you select the Women's Ministry Events fund and that you memo that it is for the "Women's Retreat 2024. " You cannot put too many details to make sure your payment is correctly marked.

4:30pm - Begin Check-out & Head Home
