Registration for the Annual Fall Retreat will open on August 1st. Registration will be open until September 19th. The cost for the retreat is $100 for Overnight Tickets and $60 for Day-Pass Tickets.

At the time of registration, there is a required deposit of $55 for overnight tickets and $35 for day-pass tickets.

All final payments are due by September 26th. If there is any concern regarding payments, cost, or scholarships, please reach out to Keely Mills via the Women's social media or email address.

We will be at Camp Baldwin on October 3-4, 2025.

Our weekend will begin on the evening of the third with dinner provided by our planning team and a bonfire. Saturday will consist of guest speakers, breakout sessions, and fellowship. All Saturday meals are provided by Camp Baldwin.

Registration opens on August 1st and closes on September 19th.

Payments can be made from time of registration until two weeks prior to event; full payment is due at that time.

If you are staying overnight, please check this information!

1. There is a Suggested Packing List available below, to guide you in preparing for the weekend. Please reach out if you have any questions, please reach out!
2. Check-in will be in Magnolia Lodge. There is a map to this building at the bottom of this page. Plug in 8749 Baptist Camp Rd, Elberta, AL 36530 to your map; this should also work if you search for Camp Baldwin and tap on "directions" from Google.
3. There should be another group of ladies at the campground while we are there. We are excited that to share the space and meet other believers!
4. Friday night will include a bonfire, so please bring a camping chair to sit on if you have one to ensure enough seating for everyone there. [If you have skewers, please bring them! We will likely be making s'mores... ;) ]

Payments Made at Time of Registration: These can be tracked with your registration. Online giving is secure.

Concerning Pay Later Payments:

-Payments can be made in cash or check at the Church Office, where you will receive a receipt. This update will be passed to the ministry to update the amount owed for the event.

-If you make a payment through the online giving portal, please make sure you select the Women's Ministry Events fund and that the memo states it is for the "Women's Retreat 2025." You cannot put too many details to make sure your payment is correctly marked. If you are comfortable, please inform the Women's Ministry directly so they can update your payment status.
