We will be using Cypress Lodge's Conference Room for the duration of the weekend.

Friday Evening Check-In: 4:00pm-5:30pm

Saturday Morning Check-In: 8:15am-8:55am

Saturday Check-Out: 4:30pm-5:0pm

We will be at Camp Baldwin on October 6-7, 2023.

Our weekend will begin on the evening of the sixth with dinner provided by Camp Baldwin and a bonfire. Saturday will consist of breakout sessions, guest speakers, and meals provided by Camp Baldwin.

Payments can be made from time of registration until two weeks prior to event; full payment is due at that time.

There are three ways to attend our Annual Retreat:

1) Overnight in the Motel Room

2) Overnight in the Bunk Room

3) Day-Pass for Saturday only

Concerning Pay Later Payments: Payments can be made in cash or check at the Church Office, where you will receive a receipt. If you make a payment through the online giving portal, please make sure you select the Women's Ministry Events fund and that you memo that it is for the Women's Retreat 2023. You cannot put too many details to make sure your payment is correctly marked.

Friday evening:

4:00-5:30pm - Check-In

6:00pm - Dinner - served by Camp Baldwin

7:30pm - Bonfire - ice-breakers and fellowship

Saturday:

7:30am - Breakfast - served by Camp Baldwin

9:00am - Guest Speaker

10:00am - Morning Activity

12:00pm - Lunch - served by Camp Baldwin

1:00pm - Breakout Sessions - Estate Planning or Prodigal Roundtable Talk

2:00pm - Afternoon Activity

3:00pm - Afternoon Guest Speaker

4:30pm - Check-Out & Head Home
